- A Rijkswaterstaat Inland Shipping Account
- A BICS Reporting ID

Rijkswaterstaat Inland Shipping Account
With a Rijkswaterstaat Inland Shipping Account you can access BICS, Fairway Information System and Lock Scheduler.
- Do you not yet have a Rijkswaterstaat Inland Shipping Account?
First create a Rijkswaterstaat Inland Shipping Account. - Do you already have a Rijkswaterstaat Inland Shipping Account?
Then request a BICS Reporting ID directly.
BICS Reporting ID
With a Reporting ID, you can report your voyages electronically using BICS. Choose below which version of BICS you want to request a Reporting ID for.

Before the application form is displayed, you must first log in with your Rijkswaterstaat Inland Shipping Account. | ||
¹ BICS Portal can be used on mobile; further improvements are currently being developed.
² BICS Portal is currently only available to vessel owner-operators. In the future, its functionality will be expanded so that BICS Portal can also be used by organizations with multiple users and relief skippers.
